The Service offers AI‑powered image and video enhancement. We may update, modify, or suspend the Service at any time without notice.
Data & Privacy
Your personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
- We process data only as needed to provide and improve the Service.
- For facial‑effect features, facial data is analyzed in real time and deleted immediately after processing—never stored or used for identification.
Subscriptions & Payments
Subscriptions auto‑renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage cancellations through your app store account.
All subscription fees are non‑refundable, except as required by law or app store policies.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
- Reverse‑engineer, disrupt, or commercially exploit the Service without our authorization.
Intellectual Property
All rights to the Service (software, design, logos, etc.) belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non‑transferable license to use the Service.
Your Content
You keep ownership of your uploaded content. You grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free license to store, process, and display it solely to provide the Service. This license ends when you delete the content from our systems.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a purpose, and uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., data loss, lost profits) arising from your use of the Service.
